LED cabinets include LED modules, power supply, power cables and signal flat cables, it’s the LED display unit ( if clients make modules installation display, the led modules are the basic units ). The control system can also be divided into two parts: control cards ( hardware) and control system( software). The control cards include the sending card,receiving cards, additional function cards and computer. Multifarious displays with different specifications, control systems and different control technology ( such as video processor and multifunction card) can be constituted into various kinds of LED screens to satisfy different application environments with diverse requirements.

The Structure of the Screen:

1. Led module
No matter indoor or outdoor LED display, they are all composed by LED modules. Led modules include LED lamps, driving IC, PCB board and module frame shell. Different modules have different sizes and shapes, if clients want special size or shape modules, we can create a new mold to make the required modules, this will cause extra cost.

2. Display Cabinets
Display cabinets are the main body of the screen. There are die casting cabinets with fixed sizes design for rental display and there are steel cabinets and aluminum cabinets with customized sizes for common display. 

3. Display Control System
Display control systems mainly include sending cards, receiving cards, extra multifunctions accessories and computer. The sending card should be installed inside the computer or video processor, the receiving cards should be installed inside the cabinets, usually we design one cabinet with one receiving card so that to make full use of the receiving card loading capacity.

4. Switching Power Supply
It is used to change the 110-220V AC to 5V DC to support the LED modules working.
 

5. Transmitting Cables
The display data and all kinds of controlling signals generated by the host controller are transmitted through twisted-pair cables to the screen.

6. Scanning Control Board
It’s function is to cushion the data, generate all kinds of scanning signals and duty cycle grey scale control signals.

7. Special Videocard and Multifunction Card
The special videocard of full color LED screen not only bear the basic functions of computer videocard, but can also output RGB digital signals and row, field and blanking signals to the host controller. Besides functions the same as the special videocard, multifunction card can also change the input simulated video signals into RGB digital signals (that is the collection of video communication).

8. Other information sources and devices
Including computer, TV set, blue-ray disc, DVD, VCD, video camera and recorder and so on.
