Indoor led display has the cheapest installation method, that's using magnets
to fix led modules on steel pipes instead of using led cabinets.
1. First, insert rectangular solid wood into the tubes at both ends of the lower frame DFC, and screw them in with self-tapping screws.
2. Then fasten the D.F.C to the pre-installed wall with corners and screws through the screw holes on the inner wall of the frame.
Fixed EG
1. Docking the left frame E and the right frame G.
2. E and G must be perpendicular to the wall.
Fixed vertical beam K
The two ends of the vertical ladder K should be connected to the upper frame and the
down side frame with small connetion plates.
The middle of the vertical ladder should fix to the wall with a large connetion plate.
Fixed AHB
1. Insert the solid wood into the AHB and fix it with screws.
2. Fix the AHB on the wall.
Fixed M, N
1. All keels M are introduced from top to bottom
2. Pass through the beam N from left to right.
3. Fix the M and N junctions with screws. Screws are provided by the customer
4. Secure the junction of K and M with dovetail screws.
Indoor led display video wall installed by the solderless steel pipes structure can have very slim thickness, usually it's within 100mm thickness, and it can adjust the splicing seams between modules to make screen has perfect flatness.
